I am an Australian ex pat living in the Philippines & own a KIA RIO. I have been quoted 3-6 months delivery for an Electronic Control Unit part No: ********-2B-55
My car is not safe to drive upon public roads as it keeps stalling so now I cannot use it. This kind of delay in providing spare parts is totally unacceptable for a major car manufacture, especially one who advertises in the dealers showroom about the wonders of KIA family car care. Prior to needing the above numbered part I previously waited 3 weeks to obtain a spare part for the car air conditioning. Your spare parts availability is really very poor indeed and for sure I will never buy another KIA unless I can be assured of better service.
