Question for Myung Youn Electronic

I have 12 pcs 1HP 3ph 60hz fan motors. Which is better to use, 1 phase converter per motor, on 1phase converter for all 12 1hp motors? Please advise, where to buy, and how much? Thank you. best regards, allan
