Shinwoo Food Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the leading Korean manufacturers and exporters of food processing machinery. The company's principal products are an innovative bean curd making machine and bean crusher, for which it was awarded a prize at the 2000 Korea Invention Patent Exhibition. The company's major achievement is the development of a bean curd maker that does not require beans to be pre-soaked.
