We, DUBHE CO., LTD.(hereinafter called Dubheco), are pleased to announce that we, Dubheco, are a separate entity from Dongjin Intec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Dongjin) and
have made a parts sales agency contract with HSD Engine as from Jan. 24th, 2014 on behalf of Dongjin. According to the contract, we, Dubheco, implement our parts sales busi-
ness for the existing customers of Dongjin including potential customers from now on.

All responsibilities and rights of Dongjin as parts sales agency of HSD Engine will be taken over to us. So, we, Dubheco, will embark upon the new business activity regarding the
supply of genuine spare parts as an authorized parts sales agency of HSD Engine.
