I am from Yuchang Precision in Korea and we hot forge the gears and pinions mainly for automotive transmission application.
We supply our products to HMC(Hyundai Motor Company), CTR, Schaeffler and GMB and have been certified by ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, QS9000 and SQ marks.
We have hot forging machines such as AMP20, AMP30, TPM50 and AMP70 and can cover annual production of 100 million units.
We also produce moldings for hot forging machines for our own maintenance and supply con rod moldings to HMC as tier 1 vendor.
