SEOUL FAMILY COURT - South Korea

Because my husband want to divorce me and cut my visa and send me to the my country...i can prove all of his faults and inresponsible things that hed done to me..my visa will expire next year january..and i want to continue my visa because its not my fault thank you.

I am now processing my divorce..we will going to have our last sign this month on 24..but i want to be written in our divorce papers that i am not the one who wants the divorce and i can also prove all the mistakes that hed done to me..to be able to continue my visa without him..

I obtained a consentual divorce from the Seoul Family Court in January 1991. How can I obtain a copy of that divorce decree?

My husband and i are living together, but my husband won't let me see my 7yr old son. He(son) is living with my in-laws and i haven't seen him for 3months. What should i do?

Is it possible to get a copy of my divorce decree from the Seoul Family Court?
